Rotary Pad Printing Series

Rotary Pad Printing
Used for:  Continuous printing or printing 360° wrap-around cylindrical parts. It can be integrated with an automated system as a printing unit or used as a stand-alone. The drive system can be made by an optional chain or external, toothed wheel or directly via an electric motor. Parts can be made in small to medium quantities.

Width of cliché cylinder: 50/100 mm, and diameter of pad: 200 mm

Rotary Pad Printing– Features:
A fully automated rotary pad printing machine can print up to 5,000 bottle caps per min in one to four colors. It can be used to print up to 400 syringes per minute. Such machines are equipped with automatic part handling and other pertinent devices to achieve the desired outcome.
