Padded medical dressings of different shapes and sizes are made with this fully monitored production unit. Five winding units lay the different layers of material into a multilayer strip, from which the compresses are cut out by ultrasound in a highly effective soundproof cubicle to a maximum size of 160 x 200 mm. Various sensors look after complete monitoring with appropriate error displays (material back-up, drop control, roller feed). The waste material is neatly rolled up after the cutting out and removal of the parts.
